You’ll Never Be Great Without The Skates

Nobody gets far in the world of flat track roller derby before having to face the question of “How much am I willing to pay for a great pair of skates?”.

A skate is not simply something that exists as a whole. It is made up of component parts and they can be mixed and matched to create the ideal “jamming” skate for just you.

Choices for things like wheels, trucks, bumpers, laces and even the skate material (leather vs. synthetic) all need to figure into your decision.
