Roller Derby rolls into the Rock Arena with Aerosmith’s New Video

Aerosmith’s new video for the song “Legendary Child” features a roller skatin’ heroine (played by Alexa Vega) who dashes around town on her skates, narrowly evading bad guys. She appears to be carrying something of value, and is chased by a variety of villain, each rockin’ the roller skates. They zip down city sidewalks ,through warehouses and parking lots, and even drop down a steep curb or two. Including a roller derby element to a video is a unique way to tell a story (especially a high speed chase story), and this rock band does it well. To see the full video, click here.
